If you have Organization Admin ("Org_Admin") privileges, you can customize the Risk Matrix by navigating to the "Org Settings" or "Admin Dashboard" and clicking on the "Configure Risk Matrix" option. From there, you can define dimensions, severity labels, likelihood labels, and the associated risk levels for each cell.

Yes! HERO provides a robust PDF reporting engine. Simply navigate to the "Reports" section, select your project, and click "Generate Report". You can even edit the Executive Summary and other sections inline before exporting a polished PDF file.

Only users who have been explicitly assigned to your project's Team can view or edit the project data. Organization Admins can oversee all projects within their respective organization.

The Study Leader is responsible for organizing, directing, and facilitating the HERO study. They manage the overall progress, ensure the methodology is strictly followed, engage team members in brainstorming deviations, and verify that all risks and recommendations are accurately captured and addressed.

The Scribe acts as the official record-keeper during HERO sessions. They are responsible for meticulously documenting the team's discussions, capturing guide words, deviations, causes, consequences, safeguards, and recommendations directly into the HERO worksheets in real-time.
